3rd party certified on label which is a must when trying a new supplement!
The 50 Billion CFU in the ViYouth probiotic is an absolutely effective amount for targeting vaginal health, provided the formula contains the correct strains to help with overall vaginal health. I always appreciate a sustainable shelf life probiotic that does not have to be refrigerated.
I found that the most crucial factor for a probiotic's effectiveness is taking it at the same time every single day to maintain a consistent population of the beneficial bacteria in your gut. I take these in the evening on a empty stomach every night and have been seeing a noticeable difference in my bloat and it has been helping with my vaginal ph coming off that time of the month. I will continue to use these with consistency!
So far so good great strains CFU and PMS support blend and Urinary support blend all the things a woman needs!

This review is for Vivi Youth Vaginal Probiotic capsules. The instructions are to take two capsules once daily so this bottle contains a month’s supply.
The capsules are small, odorless, tasteless, and easy to swallow. They contain an assortment of Lacticasebascillus in a proprietary blend working out to 100 Billion CFU’s per dose. Some research has shown that the strains are supposed to be useful for vaginal flora. The capsules also have cranberry for the urinary tract.
The jury is still out on whether taking probiotics for this specific area actually work some experts say yes and some say not really so it’s worth a shot especially if there are issues.
The labeling says this brand manufactures in a cGMP certified factory and does third party testing. It does not state the source of the ingredients although it is distributed by a US company.
Balancing gut health, PH & yeast makes along with controlling odor make a big difference in overall health and comfort for women. I’ve been taking these only for a week, so it’s a bit soon to tell long term effects, but I haven’t experienced any digestive ill effects, they haven’t caused any heartburn or strange aftertaste like some probiotics do. This container contains a one month supply (60 - 2 per day) Breaking down to just over $1 a day, I consider these a good value.

I ordered and been taking for a few days so far so good. I recently got off antibiotics and I am trying to balance out. These are definitely helping. This may be my new go to for probiotics.
Amazing probiotic! I can already tell a difference in my gut and vaginal health! I have become more regular and have noticed almost a fruity smell from down there. I mostly bought these for the gut health aspect, but the vaginal aspect is certainly a plus! My husband certainly doesn’t mind 😉. I have PCOS, which comes with a lot of symptoms. I’ve noticed a lot less bloating and water retention, which are both huge issues I deal with on a regular basis. The inactive ingredients aren’t a bunch of fillers and unhealthy ingredients, which is equally important to the ingredients working in my opinion. If you’re looking for a probiotic, for whatever reason you’re dealing with, I definitely think these are worth the price!
Pros:
- contains a good supply for 30 days if respecting the recommended 2 capsules a day
- teh mandatory information like expiration date, seal number and other compliance data is clearly marked on the bottle while the ingredients are listed on the box
- the capsules are easy to swallow and have a neutral after taste not causing any unpleasant effects once swallowed
- has been independently tested by 3rd party which is always a good indicator of quality
Cons:
- only some limited effects after several days
Faithful user of probiotics so haven't had an issue with any of the complaints mentioned in the listing. Got these to try a new combo. I like to mix up my probiotics.
Vaginal probiotics are supposed to be better for Candida. After eating a lot of carbs on the weekends I often had a yucky mouth feel on Mondays. Don't think I had a Candida problem but my Monday mouth is fine now and I think these new probiotic strains have helped.
These are larger than many brands but still capsules and easy to swallow. See photo. Like other probiotic blends, I take these on an empty stomach and have had no issue with them.

I am just going to restate what other reviewers have said about giving it time to work, though not everyone will have the same outcome. Been taking for a few days and intestinal health is improving. Good probiotic blend in general.

Looking at the ingredients, it's just a bunch of probiotics plus cranberry supplementation, which are good for gut health as well as urinary tract system.
Indeed I feel less my digestive system works better after starting to take it daily, without abdomen bloated sensation, which actually works the same when I took other Probiotic supplementation. And I believe the cranberry supplementation would prevent urinary tract issue.
However, I would doubt if this supplementation would able to support with vaginal flora, as I think a good hygiene while showering would be having a better effect than oral supplementation, thus the minus 1 star.
As a woman in my 40s+, I’m very intentional about choosing supplements that support my health and wellness naturally. I’ve been taking these probiotics for about a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how they’ve fit into my routine.
I’ve noticed improvements in vaginal dryness, better gut health, and an overall sense of balance and well-being. It’s not an overnight miracle, but a steady, noticeable difference that makes me feel more in tune with my body.
The capsules are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste, and don’t cause any stomach upset for me. That’s a big win when it comes to daily supplements! They’ve blended seamlessly into my everyday routine—no hassle, no reminders needed.
If you’re looking for a gentle yet effective probiotic to support women’s health as you age, this one is definitely worth considering.
