Eligibility Conditions

For the first order, if the product has quality issues, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

For opened products, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the warranty period and your specific circumstances. Please contact our customer support team to share your usage experience.

Promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@viviyouth.com with your order number, product photos, and the reason for return. Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business day.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or process your refund directly.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@viviyouth.com within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
