Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 connected states). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the contiguous United States will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Methods
Shipping: 3–7 business days
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $35 within the contiguous United States
Subscription Orders: Free standard shipping on all contiguous U.S. subscription shipments
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@viviyouth.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
