It doesn't upset the stomach as stated. As far as effect is concerned, impossible to tell, no remarkable effect can be mentioned. No way to tell if the product is what it says it is, this is pretty much up to the honor system. Nice packaging but way overpriced for Iron at almost 30 bucks. Has a few other vitamins and minerals so I guess that's a good thing. Presumable one a day is all you need.
