These capsules contain ingredients that are in several supplements I currently take. It’s only been a week, so it’s a bit early to tell full effects, but there aren’t any unpleasant surprises. I believe I will be able to eliminate a couple other supplements because this contains the moringa leaf extract, turmeric, black cohosh and cranberry extract that I currently take separately along with the probiotics. I’ll give this to the end of the container (30 days total) and see what results I get.

Instead of 13 in 1 IF they had only done 11 in 1 by leaving the Black Cohosh & Ashwagandha out for me & my Medically Induced IBS! I can have those in very small amounts so my hope for something to help with sleep is no more! :(

Two things I noted since starting this supplement; I noticed a huge increase in my energy level, but - I also found I can not take these on an empty stomach. Generally, I never have an issue with Supps in regards to eating first, but these I have to take with food.

I am 2 weeks into this 30 day supply, and I feel like my moods have been relatively relaxed for the most part. I don't have the post menopausal symptoms that many women do, so I can't tell you about hot flashes or night sweats. I have been having a bit of trouble getting to sleep some nights, but it doesn't seem to be insomnia, more like I'm just not as tired.

These arrive fresh and protected from tampering. There isn't a strong odor and they aren't so large they are a problem to swallow. I am most interested in the Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, Turmeric and the probiotics, and the dosages provided are adequate in this product. The value seems appropriate if you're going to get all of those in one supplement.

Well, I am sad to admit it, but I am at the stage of life where I need support for menopause/perimenopause. The ingredients in this supplement are so beneficial. I have bought Chasteberry Fruit (Vitex) and Black Cohosh as separate supplements before, so I was excited to see these incorporated along with black pepper fruit to increase the absorption of this supplement for my body. I don't often see Moringa (one of the most nutrient-dense plants on the planet) in a supplement so needless to say I have been impressed with the ingredients used. I have taken the supplement at different times of the day. My preference is taking it in the evening with the mood blend of Ashwagandha and L-Theanine. Such a great supplement!!

It’s hard to believe I’m ordering menopause supplements already. I still feel like I’m in my 30’s! But time has crept up on me and I have definitely been feeling the typical symptoms of menopause and could use a little ease from that.

I thought I would try out this VIVI Youth brand of “Menopause Support” and see if it would help. The ingredients label lists a lot of natural food and herb extracts that I am familiar with. There’s not a single unrecognizable or suspicious ingredient in the list. And they all seem appropriate to be included in a menopause supplement.

Some of the ingredients are: Chasteberry, Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Moringa, and a selection of Probiotics. With a little Black Pepper added in to increase their effectiveness. Some of the benefits these ingredients supposedly provide are better hormonal balance, relief of hot flashes and night sweats, easing of mood swings and irritability, decreased bloating, and easing of joint discomfort. I haven’t been taking it long enough to experience all of those benefits, although I have noticed a lot fewer hot flashes, for which I’m so grateful!

I am glad to see that this supplement is hormone-free, gluten-free, GMO-free, and vegan. This product is third-party lab tested and they were transparent enough to include their Certificate of Analysis right on the Amazon page. This seems like a reputable company that cares about quality and is GMP certified. There are 60 capsules in this bottle and the serving size is 2 capsules, so this product will last me a full month. The price is realistic at about $1 a day. So far, I feel good about recommending this supplement.

In winter for some reason, freeze before showering. Needed space heaters or waited until morning. I take this, it stopped that and the hot flashes went way down. Also, I feel so much more energetic! I forgot to take it one weekend left at work and could tell the difference. I am keeping it on subscription.
