First of all, I love VIVI Youth products. No stomach/bowel upset, no indigestion or weird burps, no unnecessary multi-trips to the bathroom. They always come safety-sealed to the hilt, and I love the formulations geared toward women's health. These packets are a little pricier, but A) they're combining some big hitters that cost a bit more if you buy them separately, and B) KSM-66 Ashwagandha costs more than standard, and same with Magnesium Glycinate over other types. But, after using both supplements for years, I can attest that both of them are more effective than regular Ash and Mag and I've recently switched over to only buying both types. Also! - KSM-66 Ashwagandha is helpful in dealing with stupid perimenopause.

The taste was good. The raspberry lemonade flavor is light and and pleasantly tart without being overly sour. It is sweetened with stevia, which may or not be a positive. I hate the taste of Stevia, my wife likes it. In this, YMMV. It dissolved well in cold water, especially in a my wife's shaker cup, with very little sediment and no chalky or gritty texture. I need to get a 3D printer to make a better blender for the cup and then I think there would be zero sediment left.
