I take this in the morning alongside a meal and a calcium supplement, saving my other supplements for later in the day, so I feel like I've isolated the effects of this one.

Several things really impressed me about this VIVI Youth product:
- The dose is truly one capsule, instead of the bait-and-switch you get from some other products where it looks like a good deal per capsule until you realize you have to take multiple capsules to achieve one serving. This provides an enormous volume of D3 so you might want to even make sure you're not getting a heavy dose from any other multivitamins!

- MK-7, from what I understand, is a preferred version of K2 that is generally in more expensive supplements, making this a solid value.

- The capsules are tiny, taste-free, easy to swallow, and have not created any unpleasant side effects for me thus far.

- While it's impossible for me to independently verify these claims, the assertion of being NSF verified and manufactured in a cGMP facility is very encouraging. FYI, cGMP means the facility meets continuous standards, making it a step above standard GMP certification.

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count.

This product states that it is NSF 3rd party tested and actually has a Certificate of Analysis listed for the contamination testing (they indicate the whole report can be requested). But generally that is a very good sign. I couldn’t find the stated location of production although the distribution company seems to be in the US but the registered owner is from China. That gives a little pause but the testing information makes me feel better about that overall.

The product recommended serving size is 1 which gives 120doses. This provides 5000 IU of Vit D3 and 100 mcg of K2 (which are good to take together).

This is my second vitamins from VIVI Youth. I love their product. My other is their B vitamins.
