I mostly bought these for the gut health aspect, but the vaginal aspect is certainly a plus! My husband certainly doesn’t mind 😉. I have PCOS, which comes with a lot of symptoms. I’ve noticed a lot less bloating and water retention, which are both huge issues I deal with on a regular basis. The inactive ingredients aren’t a bunch of fillers and unhealthy ingredients, which is equally important to the ingredients working in my opinion. If you’re looking for a probiotic, for whatever reason you’re dealing with, I definitely think these are worth the price!

Vaginal probiotics are supposed to be better for Candida. After eating a lot of carbs on the weekends I often had a yucky mouth feel on Mondays. Don't think I had a Candida problem but my Monday mouth is fine now and I think these new probiotic strains have helped.

I am just going to restate what other reviewers have said about giving it time to work, though not everyone will have the same outcome. Been taking for a few days and intestinal health is improving. Good probiotic blend in general.

Looking at the ingredients, it's just a bunch of probiotics plus cranberry supplementation, which are good for gut health as well as urinary tract system.

Indeed I feel less my digestive system works better after starting to take it daily, without abdomen bloated sensation, which actually works the same when I took other Probiotic supplementation. And I believe the cranberry supplementation would prevent urinary tract issue.

However, I would doubt if this supplementation would able to support with vaginal flora, as I think a good hygiene while showering would be having a better effect than oral supplementation, thus the minus 1 star.
