It is a bit expensive for a 20 day supply, but is a nice quality and if taken consistently, should start showing results in a couple months. (TBD) It is Gluten free and sugar free, however, each packet is 46 calories. This is not vegan friendly as it contains animal products.

There is a little froth at the top of my coffee but it’s tasteless and does not bother me. I’ve been using a different brand of collagen in my coffee for years so switching to this I didn’t expect to notice a huge change. In the few days since starting this collagen my skin has appeared brighter, though this is subjective. All ingredients are clearly listed on the package.

I also noticed that the aches and pains from working around the house had also subsided. I was able to press on with my day, no problem. I also noticed on the same day the anti-inflammatory benefits. Although collagen and peptides do take a minute to show up in healthy hair growth fingernails and bone strength, what I quickly noticed was the energy and the anti-inflammatory on the same day I took it.
I do recommend this product as the cost and value for what you get is worth every cent. I especially like the convenient packets to throw in a gym bag not having to lug around a big container or placing the loose powder in baggies, that messiness is totally eliminated because of these packets. Okay, it dissolves really quickly, not instantly, but I couldn't resist throwing in a Princess Bride reference. I have to admit that when I saw "bovine, fish, bone and eggshell" and I was like, "Oh, please don't taste weird!" I hate fish. I know it's good for you, but blech! This doesn't smell or taste like anything at all. It dissolves really quickly into a hot beverage and doesn't change the flavor. For reference, my cup holds 28 oz.

I'm taking this to help with healthy hair growth, and I was pleased to see 3000mcg of biotin in it. 4 different sources of the collagen peptides, some probiotics (although I might be killing those with a hot beverage, so I might switch over to using this in a protein shake), some magnesium thrown in and it's sugar-free (and gluten free if that's something you have to worry about). Be aware that it does contain 2 carbs (that I can live with, just thought I'd throw that out there). I like the portability of the individual satchets - they all come in a big zippered bag. Great stuff!

These peptides are quickly absorbed into my coffee, and are flavorless, although they leave a slight mouthfeel. Typically I like to have peptides with either my workout shake or with my morning coffee so ease of absorption is a must. I like that these are individually wrapped, and each pouch contains an accurate amount of peptides (12 g). One issue is I cannot understand why it is that these are described as peptides for women. As far as I can tell all ingredients are gender neutral. Needless gendering of products is something that bugs me, and aside from the pink packaging nothing makes me believe these are any different than regular peptides.

Zero "Ashy" Aftertaste: If you’ve used collagen before, you know that "ashy" or gritty flavor some brands have. This has zero flavor. I mixed mine with plain water and couldn't taste a thing. It might make your liquid slightly thicker, but it doesn’t change the taste at all And that's more than half the reason why I would the collagen. I couldn't stand having a perfectly good cup of coffee ruined by tasting and almost smelling like I put out a cigarette in it. But this one? It would be perfect in juice or coffee.

Dissolves Beautifully: I used a handheld electric whisk and it blended perfectly, but I found it goes just as smoothly with a simple spoon. There is absolutely no gritty feel. Included a video of me mixing it so you'll see how well and when I say only a couple of seconds I think I whisked it for the count of three maybe I did have a little bit of a splash which I edited out because embarrassing but it was so quickly integrated into the water so I imagine with a spoon maybe 10 seconds mixing max.

Settles Clear: When I first blended it, it looked a little cloudy, but that was just the foam on top. Unlike other brands where the foam stays and you have to "choke it down," this one settled completely clear after sitting for just a couple of minutes.

I have been storing a few in my bag, and leaving some in my drawer at work so I can easily add them to my drinks as needed. The powder has no scent or flavor making it easy to pour into any of your preferred drink options. The powder although flavorless does add a bit of a thicker texture to any drink you add it to. The flavor is what I imagine an unflavored dog bovine bone would taste like. That includes the smell too, smells like the pet store's unseasoned dog bovine bone bin. I wasn't a fan. It is fairly easy to quickly drink a bottle of water even if the taste/smell isn't great, so it didn't bother me too much but I can't say it's good. I can't speak on the quality of the formula because the science behind it is quite expansive and I won't pretend to know the ins and outs of the complexity of the formula but when comparing it with other similar products it looks consistent with others.

They have a distribution address instead, but I think most customers prefer to know where supplements are manufactured, to ensure quality.
