I love VIVI Youth supplements! I've used their Magnesium Complex, Multi Collagen Peptides powder, a KSM-66 Ashwagandha formulation, Calcium supplements for women plus a Saw Palmetto women's supplement. This vitamin B complex is great - it's just the basic B Vitamin spectrum and that's it. While I do love some of their formulations that include synergistic herbs and minerals, I appreciate this plain B vitamin spectrum since I like to space my B's twice a day and I don't want to double up on any other additions. They help in the middle of the afternoon when you hit that internal battery slump. In fact, there are a lot of things that leech B vitamins from your body: caffeine, alcohol, certain medications or diets, chronic stress... I'm sure I'm missing some here. After taking multivitamin for years, I have come to realize that it's better to target what's important to me. One of my major issue is fatigue. I have no energy in the afternoon. I feel I need a power nap to continue my day.

After taking VIVI Youth B Complex Vitamins for Women, I noticed I no longer feel I need my nap! But I have to take it in the morning. I feel that taking with lunch was too late for my body to gain that energy. I like that the capsules are not horse pill size and easy to swallow and I only need to take 1 a day. I feel by only needing one capsule it is easy to maintain and keep taking it. It's easy to incorporate that to whatever you're already taking. Unlike a very promising skin supplement that I tried but they require six pills a day, it's just not going to happen you know.

I really need large amounts of vitamin B12 for my energy levels to remain steady and this supplement has that; and with this one supplement I can get everything that I need in just one capsule, plus the addition of Folate, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. VIVI Youth products are excellent quality ingredients. I have tried a number of VIVI Youth products, and I have always been happy with them, so I am so glad that this is yet another one that I can continue to order and use. I will occasionally take 1, and I have not had any issues digesting it since taking it, whether on an empty or full stomach. The capsules don't have any smell to them and go down easily.
