Really hate to prepare it or eat it so grateful when someone does it right because it offers a lot for health. Notice the CoA in the second shot provided. They're hitting the key points and it's a really good choice.

However, if I wanted my face and hands to look nice what about the entire body? I then thought to myself, how much more would this benefit me if I ingested these potent supplements from grass feed beef? My comfort level increased when I saw that these capsules have been tested by a third party and the grass-fed beef was from New Zealand. I have always loved beef liver and onion but it's not enough to eat liver periodically and expect optimal results. Plus I'm not a big meat eater anyway. For the most part I prefer salads and smoothies. So I took my chance and ordered these capsules. They were easy to swallow. The recommended dosage is three a day so I quickly threw them back while drinking my smoothie. One of the first things I did notice was the B12 benefits, energy. Not the type of energy that is jittery and artificial but the natural energy of feeling like doing something. I also keep an iron deficiency and unable to determine why but I am hopeful that these capsules will resolve that as well. I'm looking forward to my next checkup and blood test to find out the levels of my iron. I'm also looking forward to the benefits from the capsules for mental clarity and overall youthful skin hair and nails benefits. I'm also looking for the eye health benefits as described. Beef seems to have a lot of benefits to the human body I just don't eat it enough to notice. Perhaps these will prove so beneficial that I order my next bottle and toss all of the other supplements that claim to do what this supplement is actually doing. I am certain that if I continue this regimen of daily intake, they will prove beneficial as I have already noticed the energy increase. I do like these and perhaps I will try them by adding the powder from the capsules to my smoothies from time to time. Nevertheless swallowing these capsules where simple. I didn't notice any older from the capsules when I open the bottle nor when I take them. The cost for these powerhouse supplements is very reasonable and I am looking forward to the benefits and being a repeat customer. I do recommend these.

Not even a doubt. This is a 5-star supplement for both me and my husband. He clearly noticed an uptake in his energy levels since taking these beef liver supplements. Also his stamina from his workouts and just general daily life. Impressive natural ingredients like B12 & folate and iron (see pic1). Unlike other iron liver supplements we've taken, this beef liver is not only from pasture-raised cows in New Zealand but come in freeze-dried form in these little capsules (pic2). Wow! These 135 capsules taken 3 a day is so worth the price for its high natural quality and health effect.

The taste of these are a bit off. Even for liver supplements, I didn't appreciate the taste of these. If it was only one it wouldn't be a big deal, but three is a bit much to swallow. That said, the taste is basically my biggest complaint. These have all the right labels, Made in the USA, and even label the country of origin. I can't exactly say I've noticed the 'energy' they advertise since I started taking them, but they've met my expectations for a supplement.

They also included the lab reports showing testing for all the stuff I don't want in this like mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. Each serving of 3 capsules contains 1300mg of liver, so this bottle of 145 capsules is a 45 day supply. These capsules are the typical size and are easy to swallow. My stomach tolerates these well.
