Lately there’s been some kind of a movement away from magnesium citrate to magnesium glycinate and I personally don’t like it! I have been taking magnesium citrate for years and find it to be a wonderful aid to relaxing before and during sleep, very helpful with any muscle cramping, and also, very importantly, gently helping with regular poops.I’ve been taking a GLP1 and lack of movement has become a more common problem for me and nightly magnesium citrate has been a lifesaver.Something that I like about this particular supplement is that the only active ingredient is magnesium citrate. That simplifies things a lot! Supplements these days seem to have everything but the kitchen sink in them, but this one eases my mind with it simplicity.The capsules seem to be about the same size as other magnesium capsules I’ve taken. They are doable, but I’m starting to lean towards wanting everything in gummy form.At 120 capsules and two per day that should last you two months.I would say overall, this is a very good, straightforward product.

These pills are easy to take and are a consistant quality. The shells are well made and have zero taste, which actually, the pill as a whole doesn't have a bad taste. As with most supplements, the effects that you see are few and far between, especially if you take a bunch of them as I do. My wife on the other hand has had digestive issues for years and these actually seem to help her. Though I cannot say for certain about the effects of these pills, the quality and control are good which can be hard to find in some of the supplements out there.

I’ve been using this magnesium citrate for a few days for digestion support and it works fine. Each capsule only contain 230 mg. It’s a little less than half the amount of the magnesium citrate capsules that I’ve been taking. Also, I’ve been taking between 1000 and 1500 mg of magnesium citrate daily for my digestion needs so I have to take at least four of these. But the size of the capsules are easy to swallow and it does appear to be good quality magnesium citrate.

This is a good magnesium citrate supplement. I use it for muscle relaxation and it seems good. A serving of 2 capsules contains 230mg worth of elemental magnesium. They are tasteless and easy to swallow. Seem gentle on my stomach. This comes well-packaged in a plastic bottle inside a shrink-wrapped retail box. I like that it is GMP-certified and 3rd-party lab-tested. Vegan and non-GMO. Overall, I like this. It is easy to take and helps with muscle relaxation. Decently priced for a 60-day supply. Good product.
